Hi, I’m
Andrea.

I build AI teams and businesses that can travel with me. Preferably somewhere with an ocean and no dress code.

Portrait of Andrea Ercolessi

I like building things that give me more say in how I live. These days, that means teaching teams of AI agents to carry work forward while I supply the direction, judgment and taste. The point is to have room for a good idea, people I care about, and places that still make me feel like a child watching a wildlife documentary.

The worlds I’m building.

Somewhere beyond the map

Beyond the map

Remote islands, unfamiliar creatures and a crew with a reason to keep going. There is an idea taking shape here.

Still undiscovered

An unexpected journey.

I want room for ambitious work, people I care about and places that still surprise me. I am trying to build the independence to choose that life without filling it with things I do not care enough about to maintain.

The essay brings those ideas together. The book goes further into the experiences, choices and questions behind them.

I’m drawn to people with their own curiosity and something they care enough about to build. A conversation is a good place to start.
